English: Maj. Gen. Luis Fernando Navarro Jimenez, Commander of the Colombian Joint Special Operations Command (CCOES), and Brig. Gen. Miguel Angel Gonzales, Chief of Staff of the Peruvian Joint Intelligence and Special Operations Command (CIOEC), visited and toured the U.S. Army Special Operations Command facilities from Apr. 24 to Apr. 30, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Navarro and Gonzales toured facilities such as the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School Noncommissioned officer academy, Joint Armament Facility, and USASOC Headquarters building among others, in an effort to further enhance relationships between U.S. Special Operations and Colombian-Peruvian Special Operations. These visits foster trust and enhance capabilities for all nations involved. (U.S. Army photos by Spc. Paul Alvarez/Released) |
