Description
Français : QSL HB9FX, soit Henry Mégard (1921-1970). Le dessin de Félix le Chat est un rappel mnémotechnique des lettres « FX » attribuées. L'adresse indiquée à la rue Henri-Mussard 11 à Genève est celle de ses parents, son adresse officielle quand il reçoit son diplôme de radio amateur en 1946.
English: QSL HB9FX, or Henry Mégard (1921-1970). The drawing of Felix the Cat is a mnemonic reminder of the letters 'FX' assigned. The address indicated at Rue Henri-Mussard 11 in Geneva is that of his parents, his official address when he received his amateur radio diploma in 1946.
