La estación de metro de Liverpool Street es atendida por las líneas Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City y Metropolitan, y es la sexta más concurrida en la red de metro de Londres. Al igual que otras estaciones de metro que prestan servicios en el centro de la terminal de Londres, se encuentra en la zona tarifaria 1. Según las cifras de Transport for London, la estación de Liverpool Street Underground es la quinta más concurrida del metro de Londres.
