Description
Deutsch: Midtjyske Jernbaner - Lemvigbanen (Vemb - Lemvig - Thyborøn) am 2. Juni 2017: Der Triebzug "Tangen" (: "die Landenge"), der aus dem Triebwagen MjbaD Ym 14 und dem Steuerwagen MjbaD Ys 14 (im Vordergrund) besteht, ist eben im Bahnhof Vemb angekommen. Nach zwei Minuten Aufenthalt wird der Zug nach Thyborøn über Lemvig zurückkehren. - In Vemb gibt es Anschluss an Arriva-Züge in Richtung Holstebro und Skjern. - Der Name des Städtchens 'Vemb' hängt vermutlich mit dem altdänischen Wort 'wæ' und dem altnordischen Wort 've' (: Heiligtum) zusammen; das zweite Glied des Namens stammt aus dem altdänischen Wort 'hem' (: dänisch 'hjem', deutsch 'Heim').
