Description
中文（臺灣）：從民生東路五段與三民路路口西南望民生圓環外緣更新工程東側。民生圓環建於1967年，隨民生社區長期地層下陷，圓環外緣幾與路面齊平，不僅發生車禍時易於衝入圓環內，雨天車輛行駛四週時雨水飛入圓環，造成外圍植物枯死，所以有外緣更新之必要（2014年8月～9月）。
