Español: Conocida como "El Mirador Alemán"
Fue levantado por la colonia Alemana en homenaje al canciller alemán Bismark. Tenía dos niveles: el primero, cerrado por una puerta de hierro y el segundo, que presentaba una vista panorámica de gran belleza hacia la ciudad. Con la imagen de un sólido y maciso torreón en piedra, el Mirador Alemán se constituye en uno de los hitos históricos más relevantes por su emplazamiento y antigüedad. Actualmente la foresta ha cubierto sus vistas predominantes sobre Concepción, restándole su función de mirador, pero manteniendo aún el carácter de hito urbano presente en la memoria colectiva de la gente, y configurando un reconocido hito referencial en los paseos del cerro Caracol. |
