Summary

[edit]
Description
English: (A,B). Scgn (red) and Bcl11b (green). (A) Showing the Indusium Griseum (IG) in WT brains at P24 is Scgn positive, with Scgn positive dendrites traversing to pial forming a molecular layer emanating from Bcl11b positive neurons, also apical Scgn+ mossy fibers extend below the granule cell layer (B) Showing a D6/Zbtb20S brain where the IG is larger and have been expanded to Scgn positive neurons dorsally into the CiC. (C,D) (C,D). Calbindin-D28k (Calb-D28k) (red), and Bcl11b (green). (C) Showing the Indusium Griseum (IG) and molecular layer in WT brains at P24 is CB negative. (D) Showing a D6/Zbtb20S brain, where the IG is larger and have been expanded to several clusters of CB negative neurons dorsally into the CiC , with Calb-D28k absence emanating to pial.
