| Description |
English: Moglai Porota is a popular deep fried flatbread from West Bengal, India, stuffed with eggs, onions and green chillis. While the traditional version was as simple as that, today we get varieties stuffed with various masalas or minced meat / chunks. Duck eggs are used by the traditional eateries. It is accompanied mostly by spicy dry masala potato. |
