Price, Mordecai (4), Son of Thomas (2), is said to have been born circa 1660, and is known to have died circa 1715; married Mary, daughter of Thomas and Isabella Parsons; circa 1707 he held 116 a. Locust Neck in his own right and 18 a. for the orphans of Anthony Holland; also owned 50 a. Papa Ridge and 50 a. Greenwood; his widow Mary died leaving a will, 8 May 1718 - 15 June 1718, naming children John, Thomas, Benjamin, Stephen, Mordecai, Rachel, Hannah, Elizabeth widow of Thomas Carr, Leah Ford, Mary, and Sarah Price, and granddaughter Mary Carr; estate was administered 4 November 1726 by Thomas Carr and named deceased's daughter, Mary, widow of Jonathan Hanson; estate was administered 10 November 1729 naming William Wheeler as the husband of Constant, widow and administratrix of Stephen Price, and a daughter who married Thomas Taylor; estate was administered 25 May 1728; Mordecai and Mary had issue: ELIZABETH, born circa 1685, married Thomas Carr on 22 October 1705 at West River Meeting; STEPHEN, b. circa 1687; MARY, born circa 1688/1689, married 1st, on 29 August 1718, Jonathan Hanson, and 2nd, Dr. George Walker; JOHN, born circa 1690; LEAH, married 1 January 1711 at All Hallows Parish, in Anne Arundel County to Thomas Ford; HANNAH, married 1st William Tipton, and 2nd John Bosley; ISABELLA, married William Wheeler; MORDECAI, born circa 1702; SARAH, born April 1705, married Thomas Taylor in October 1725; RACHEL, born circa 1706, married Dennis Garrett Cole; BENJAMIN, born circa 1709, married Elizabeth Hewett on 22 June 1730; THOMAS, born 1 January 1711; SAMUEL, born circa 1713 (2:303, 307, 315; 210-14:628; 211).
