| Description |
English: Mystery structure within the pines, Strodgemoor Bottom, New Forest At the end of the track from Smugglers' Road car park, a clump of pines occupies a sandy knoll overlooking Strodgemoor Bottom to the north and Kingston Great Common to the south. The knoll looks like it might have been quarried in the past, before the pines were planted. In the foreground is a brick and concrete 'glory hole' is the side of the knoll, whose entrance is being slowly blocked up by twigs and pine cones. |
