Summary[edit]

Description

This building was constructed between 1922-1932 and is IMHO the coolest capitol building.

(Experimenting with the "Magic Cloth" technique. Held my glove in front of the upper portion of the frame to avoid burning out the tower which was lit more than the rest. All in camera and no photoshop! Needs a lot more experimenting, but I love this technique. icelandaurora.com/blog/2010/07/20/tonys-magic-cloth-techn... )
