Description
Italiano: Tomba chiamata del Guerriero proveniente dalla Necropoli di Rigostano, località del comune di Trevignano Romano e conservata ed esposta integralmente con tutto il pane di terra in cui è stato rinvenuto il soggetto inumato presso il Museo civico etrusco romano Prof. G. Bianchini di Trevignano Romano. La sepoltura è stata rinvenuta tra il 1987 e il 1989 ed è stata datata all'VIII secolo a.C. (seconda fase villanoviana). Il guerriero conserva tutta l'armatura composta da uno scudo, una spada corta e un pugnale, oltre ad un rasoio e oggetti di ornamento dell'abbigliamento come fibule (spille) in argento e bronzo e un bracciale in bronzo.
English: Tomb called the Warrior from the Necropolis of Rigostano, a district of Trevignano Romano and preserved integrally with all the earthen bread in which the inhumed subject was found at the Museo Civico Etrusco Romano Prof. G. Bianchini di Trevignano Romano. The burial was found between 1987 and 1989 and has been dated to the 8th century BC. (second Villanovan phase). The warrior retains all the armor consisting of a shield, a short sword and a dagger, as well as a razor and clothing ornaments such as silver and bronze fibulae (brooches) and a bronze bracelet.
