Nederlands: De Piestpolder bij Hoogmade op een kadasterkaart uit 1829 (abusievelijk aangegeven als Piespolder). Het betreft een deel van zo'n kaart. De gehele kaart toont vier polders: de Doespolder, de Kooijpolder, de Piestpolder en de Voorofsche polder; alsmede de omringende sloten en vaarten, zoals de Does. Het getoonde gebied maakte in 1829 deel uit van de gemeente Woubrugge en behoort momenteel (2014) tot de gemeente Kaag en Braassem.
De tekst op de (gehele) kaart luidt: Gemeente Woubrugge in 3 Sectiën. Sectie A in 4 bladen genaamd De Does. Blad 2 van No. 170 tot 373 bis. Opgemeten door S.W. van der Noordaa, Landmeter van de Eerste Klasse. Gekaarteerd op de Schaal van 1 tot 2500. De volledige kaart is ook beschikbaar op Wikimedia als File: Netherlands, Kaag en Braassem, Doespolder, Kooijpolder, Piespolder, Voorofsche Polder.jpg English: The Piest polder on a (section of a) cadastral map of 1829, and erroneously mentioned as Pies polder. The polder is located close to Hoogmade, municipality of Kaag en Braassem (Province of South Holland, Netherlands). The full map shows not one but four polders: the Does polder, the Kooij Polder, the Piest polder and the Voorofsche polder, and the surrounding waters, like the Does. The displayed area was part of the municipality Woubrugge in 1829; this municipality ceased to exist in 1991. The text on the (full) map reads (translated from Dutch): Municipality of Woubrugge in 3 Sections. Section A in 4 sheets called The Does. Sheet 2 with plots No. 170 to 373 bis. Measured by S.W. van der Noordaa, First Class Surveyor. Charted on a scale of 1 to 2500.
