English: Noisy pies The organisers of the Gooseberry Pie Fair, held annually in Galmpton, have been warned by the Council after this year's event on July 5th. The fair committee chair said "The fair is held once a year on one afternoon, from noon to 5pm, not in the evening, so how could anyone object to it? It's potty." This headline is at Sainsbury's at The Willows, and refers to the previous day's local newspaper. |
