Description
Українська: Схема організації нуклеосоми. Чотири пари корових гістонів H2А, H2В, H3 та H4 формують октамер нуклеосоми, на який намотона нуклеосомна ДНК. Лінкерний гістон H1 додатково ущільнює хроматин, лінкерна ДНК простягається від нуклеосоми до нуклеосоми.
Лінкерна ДНК+ нуклеосомна ДНК формують нуклеосомний повтор, який може відрізнятися в залежності від стану хроматину: активний чи ні.
