Description
Italiano: Pyramidion/stele funeraria per il Primo Profeta di Ptah, Ptahmose. Il defunto è raffigurato (a sinistra, seduto) mentre riceve offerte di vario tipo dal suo assistente Ptahankh (a destra).
NOTA: Questo Ptahmose può essere la stessa persona di Ptahmose, figlio del visir Thutmose, oppure di Ptahmose, figlio di Menkheper.
Provenienza ignota, XVIII dinastia, Nuovo Regno. Firenze, Museo archeologico nazionale, n. 2537 (Cat. Schiaparelli n. 1571).
English: Pyramidion/funerary stele for the High Priest of Ptah, Ptahmose. The deceased is depicted (left, sitting) while receiving various kind of offers from his helper, the choirmaster of Ptah, Ptahankh (right).
NOTE: this Ptahmose could be the same of Ptahmose, son of the vizier Thutmose or, alternatively, of Ptahmose, son of Menkheper.
Unknown provenience, 18th dynasty, New Kingdom. Florence, Museo archeologico nazionale, n. 2537 (Cat. Schiaparelli n. 1571).
