Summary[edit]

Description
English: Presentation of the Offlinepedia project to representatives of the province of Carchi in the city of Tulcán.

Within the schedule we will have training for facilitators and users on free access to Wikipedia without internet requirements and delivery of Offlinepedia equipment in some communities in the province.

The training on assembly and use of equipment will be aimed at students and members of the "Carchi Youth Manifesto"
