Description
English: The Moreton Bay fig tree in Windsor Reserve is fondly known as ‘Old Albert’ (planted from a seedling via Albert Park in Auckland city). It was planted in 1883 and is also known as an Australian Banyan tree. Captured on Sony Alpha III, this photo tries to capture a personal quiet meditation, an intimate dialogue, with this 140-year-old tree that exudes wisdom and life in an urbanized environment.
