Description
English: Old Bank House, 117 High Street, Kirkcudbright, Scotland. Built circa 1772 for Peter Freeland, architect unknown. By mid to late 19th century was a branch of The Bank of Scotland. Later used as departmental offices for Kirkcudbrightshire County Council and now part of Dumfries and Galloway Council Offices.
