Summary[edit]

Description
English: Attempted shot of the former closed off staircase leading to the Flatbush Avenue-bound platforms. of the Dunton Long Island Rail Road station as seen from beneath the 130th Street Tunnel between the Jamaica and Richmond Hill sections of Queens, New York City. The station was closed in 1939 along with others on the Atlantic Branch, and the closed off staircase leads to that former platform which was next to the Dunton Interlocking Tower. Taken from the northbound sidewalk beneath the tunnel. The staircase is on the southbound sidewalk.
