| Description |
English: First shot of the older version of the Montauk Long Island Rail Road station off of Fort Pond Road in Montauk, New York. This 1927 version of the station was actually the second Montauk Station and is now the headquarters of the East Hampton Town Shellfish Hatchery and the Montauk Marine Science Institute. The third version built next door in 1942 is now an art gallery. The driveway here also leads to the back of the Roughriders Landing Condominium Complex. |
