English: Old billets belonging to Ringawaddy. This was one of the dispersed billet sites belonging to this WWII airfield, which was also known as RAF Bishop's Court. After the war, and up to the late 1980s, it was an important radar station. It was mortared by the IRA in the 1980s. The airfield closed in 1990. |
