| Description |
English: Old building on Bowness Common This building is at the end of the full-width track that runs in a NNW direction. The land to the west has been ploughed over, so the footpath that is shown on the OS map running north-east from this building has been lost. The local dark peaty soil can be seen in this picture. The land is generally quite wet, with many small drainage ditches. |
