| Description |
English: Old quarry buildings at Porth Simdde. In the early years of the 20th century a wooden jetty was built from this former reduction building out into the bay for shipping the quarry's output. The remains of the pier are shown in Peter Shone's photo. As things turned out little use was made of the pier as the quarry soon closed
