七ツ森の大倉山山頂の薬師如来像が笹倉山山頂を向いていることを示そうとしたもの。 中央の木の幹のすぐ右に笹倉山の山頂が見えている。 画像の左上を基準として、横1738ピクセル、縦1057ピクセルあたりに見えている。 笹倉山山頂には薬師堂があるが、そこには、この薬師如来も含めて七ツ森各山の薬師如来が合祀されている。
