Summary[edit]
DescriptionOpiliones, Eupnoi, Metopilio Group, Dalquestia rugosa, female (4289983106).jpg |
Dalquestia is classically placed into the "Metopilio group", with other US genera including Globipes and the desert-dwelling Eurybunus. Recent phylogenetic analyses by Giribet et al suggest that Dalquestia may be phylogenetically isolated, perhaps less closely related to the Met group than previously believed. Thanks to PS for collecting and delivering these animals! |
