Summary[edit]
| Description | The Oregon Rail Heritage Center, in Portland, Oregon, under construction in early August 2012. This view looking south from Southeast Division Street (near where Division becomes 3rd Avenue) shows the building's northeast side. Temporarily sitting outside, awaiting completion of their new home, are Oregon Railroad & Navigation Co. 197 and Spokane, Portland & Seattle 700, which had been moved to the site less than six weeks earlier. (To their right, the top of Southern Pacific 4449's boiler can just be seen.) |
