Beskrivelse: Langfredag 3. april 1942 utenfor domkirken i Oslo. Et tusentalls mennesker hadde møtt opp for å høre gudstjenesten til den avsatte biskop Eivind Berggrav. Imidlertid var biskopen nektet å forrette og arrestert av myndighetene. I protest sang folk ”Gud signe vårt dyre fedreland” og ”Ja vi elsker” utenfor kirken. Hird og politi forsøkte forgjeves å spre mengden. Around a thousand people had come to listen to the sermon of the dismissed bishop. However, the bishop was refused to conduct and arrested by the authorities. To protest, people sang”Gud signe vårt dyre fedreland” and ”Ja vi elsker”, outside the church. NS political troops and the police tried in vain to spread the crowd.
