Rückseite: Sultan Mehmed Sohn des Ibrahim Khan Möge Gott ihn siegreich machen Geprägt in Kostantiniye 1085 [arabisch]. Herrschername und -titel, Prägeort und Jahr des Herrschaftsantritts des Sultans, 1085 AH (1648).

Kommentar: Oben gelocht. - Die Münze trägt als Datierung die Jahreszahl 1058 AH (1648), das erste Regierungsjahr Mehmeds IV. und dieses ist während der ganzen Regierung beibehalten worden. Gehört zu den ersten maschinengeprägten Münzen des osmanischen Reiches, mit denen in der Schlussphase der Regierung Mehmed IV. ab 1685 große Mengen Gold- und Silbermünzen hergestellt wurden.
