日本語: 小樽市港町の小樽地方合同庁舎。国土交通省（第一管区海上保安本部、小樽海上保安部）、財務省（北海道財務局小樽出張所、小樽税務署、小樽税関支署）などの政府出先機関が入居する。2010年3月竣工。地上6階。発注者（建築主）は国土交通省北海道開発局。建築設計は国土交通省北海道開発局営繕部、安井建築設計事務所。建築施工は鴻池組。小樽港第3号ふ頭多目的広場（おたるマリン広場）付近から庁舎前道路を挟んで南東方向へ撮影。Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic、Aurora HDR、Topaz DeNoise AI、Topaz Sharpen AIで遠近法・色調・画質を調整した。 English: Photograph of the northwest side view of Otaru National Government Building, including 1st Regional Coast Guard Headquarters and Otaru Coast Guard Office of Japan Coast Guard, in Otaru, Hokkaido, Japan. |
