Português: Além de remanescentes da Mata Atlântica, o Parque abriga valores históricos e culturais como a sede da Fazenda Dona Eugênia (conhecida atualmente como casarão, construído no final do século XIX, as ruínas do clube Dom Felipe, que funcionou até meados da década de 1960, que já indicava a vocação para lazer na natureza da área; e o Quilombo, área de ocupação quilombola perto da pedra da Contenda.
English: Besides remnants of Atlantic Forest, the Park is home to historical and cultural values as the headquarters of Fazenda Dona Eugenia (now known as mansion, built in the late nineteenth century, the ruins of Don Felipe club, which ran until the mid-1960s, that indicated the vocation for leisure in the nature of the area, and the Quilombo occupation area near the Pedra da Contenda.
