L. D. Lewis and Louise Baker Lewis, his wife, Plaintiff, versus Travelers' Insurance Company of Hartford; Helen Horton, George Leonard Horton, heirs at law and devisees of Isaac and Ella M. Horton, deceased, and George F. Stone, their guardian, and all other persons or parties, unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate described in the application herein, Defendants.

The State of Washington to the above-named defendants, greeting:
You are hereby summoned and required to answer the application of the applicant plaintiff in the above entitled application for registration of the following land, situate in King County, Washington, to-wit: Lots 12 and 13, in Block No. 1, of Capitol Hill Addition to the City of Seattle, Division No. 1, and to file your answer to the said application in the office of the Clerk of said Court, in said County, within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the said application within the time aforesaid, the applicant plaintiff in this action will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the application herein.

SUMMONS FOR PUBLICATION—NO. 26868.
State of Washington, County of King, ss.:
The State of Washington to S. Iwasaka and Jane Doe Iwasaka:
You, and each of you, are hereby notified that Woo Gen, plaintiff herein has filed a complaint against you in said Court, which will come on to be heard at my office in Room 611, Prefontaine Bldg., Seattle, King County, Washington, on the 18th day of March, A. D. 1912, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock A. M., and unless you appear and then and there answer, the same will be taken as confessed and the demand of the plaintiff granted. The object and demand of said complaint is to recover the sum of Thirty-nine ($39.00) Dollars rent for premises situated at 715 (also known as 717) Main Street, Seattle, Washington, due February 2nd, 1912, and Twenty ($20.00) Dollars, which is the reasonable value of one bed and bedding belonging to plaintiff which was taken by defendants. The total amount of plaintiff's claim being $59.00 and costs, and to have the personal property situated at Number 715 (also known as 717) Main Street, Seattle, Washington, attached under writ of attachment issued in the above entitled cause subjected to the judgment to be obtained herein.

NOTICE TO STOCKHOLDERS
Notice to increase the capital stock of the SOL DUC HOT SPRINGS COMPANY.
To the stockholders of the Sol Duc Hot Springs Company.
You and each of you are hereby notified that a stockholders' meeting of the Sol Duc Hot Springs Company will be held at the principal place of business of said Company in the City of Seattle, County of King, State of Washington, at the hour of 4 o'clock p. m., April 6th, 1912, in the office of the president in Room 607, American Bank Building, for the purpose of voting upon the question of increasing the capital stock from Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand ($250,000) dollars to Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) dollars.
Dated and signed at Seattle, Washington, this 1st day of February, 1912, by the undersigned, being a majority or the trustees of said Sol Due Hot Springs Company.
