Deutsch: Röntgenbild AP und seitlich eines Unterschenkels mit Osteodystrophia deformans: Klassischer Paget im gemischtförmigen Stadium, der typischerweise in der proximalen Epiphyse begonnen hat und jährlich um 1–1.5 cm nach distal fortgeschritten ist. Der distale hochaktive Teil ist rein lytisch und wird von Jürgen Freyschmidt als „Bohrkopf“ bezeichnet. In den proximalen Anteilen ist es bereits zu einer strähnigen Osteosklerose und leichten Volumenzunahme gekommen. |
