| Description |
English: Stanford-in-the-Vale, England, showing St Denys parish church. This is a 2011 comparison photograph to complement the 1929 photograph of the same view by Fred C Palmer: File:FCP Swindon 001.jpg. Perspectives in the original shot show that Palmer was standing on the slightly higher grassy area which is now next to a bus shelter. A road now cuts through the centre of the green, with parked cars. Trees have grown to partially obscure the church from this position. |
