Il panino Pasqualino è un panino tipico di Alberobello ( Bari) , solitamente una rosetta o una tartaruga, che viene farcito con pochi ingredienti.

Il panino è stato inventato dal famoso salumiere Pasquale Dell’ Erba negli anni ’60.

La ricetta originale del panino Pasqualino riporta i seguenti ingredienti che vanno inseriti rigorosamente seguendo un ordine preciso : panino rosetta o tartaruga con , in ordine , tonno , capperi , salame e provola ( o scamorza o scamorza affumicata).
