Summary[edit]

Description
English: In this phase, neutralize function is used to swap elements of the two blocks in each processor in parallel. If all elements in the left block is smaller than or equal to the pivot, we call the left block neutralized. Similarly, we call the right block neutralized, if all elemnts in it is larger than or equal to the pivot.
