Description
English: Arms of Thomas Parlby (1727–1802) Stone Hall, Stonehouse, in Plymouth, Devon: Argent, a parrot vert. Arms not recognised by the College of Arms in London, but were used by him, as visible e.g. on a marble chimneypiece in Stover House, Devon, the home of his sister Mary Parlby. See letter to Stover school from College of Arms (Chester Herald) dated 23 November 2004[1]
