Summary
[edit]DescriptionPassing trains at Llanishen (geograph 6853239).jpg |
English: Passing trains at Llanishen. Class 143 Pacer No. 143607 brings up the rear of a Penarth to Rhymney service at Llanishen station while class 66 No. 66056 passes with a loaded coal working from Cwmbargoed to Margam. This scene will be soon be history: this Pacer is seen on its last day in service, with the last Pacer workings altogether taking place two days later, and the coal trains from Cwmbargoed are likely to have another one to two years left at most. |
