Català: El pastis impossible és un pastis però no és clar qui va fer exactament el primer pastís del món. Hi ha teories que els antics egipcis van crear el primer pastis. El xocoflan és una combinació de pastís de xocolata a la base amb un deliciós flam a la part superior. La raó per la qual se sol denominar amb aquests dos sobrenoms és perquè primer entra al forn amb el flam per sobre i la massa del pastís de xocolata per sota, però surt del forn completament invertit, amb el pastís de xocolata fornejada per sobre i el flam cuit per sota. Si s'inverteix el pastís en un plat, el flam torna a estar damunt del pastís. |
