Summary[edit]

Description This map shows the percent of a country's total population that is urban, rural or both located within tropical climate zones. In this case, tropical zones are delinaead byt the 2001-2025 projection for the A1F1 emissions scenario. A1F1 is defined by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) as a fossil fuel intensive scenario with quick economic growth and the quick launch of new and efficient technologies.
