Español: La obra representa a un grupo de pescadores valencianos. En el centro de la composición, unos pescadores descargan pescado de una barca varada en la arena. A la derecha, otra barca se acerca a la orilla por la acción de un pertiguero, y dos damiselas parecen contemplar la maniobra. A la izquierda, en segundo término, unos niños juegan "pídola" y otros descansan.
