English: Adams had replaced Alessandro Zanardi for the 1994 Belgian Grand Prix, making his F1 debut in at home circuit. On lap 15 he spun his Mugen-Honda powered Lotus 109 into the gravel at Pouhon. Photograph taken by a relative.
