Pigeon and clocks at Sagamiko park. By the way, Cuckoo clock is call 鳩時計 or pigions clock in Japanese. I found the reason on a web page: www.tyy.co.jp/2010/09/why-cuckoo-clock-is-called-as-pigeo... And I found it almost impossible to tranlate the joke :D 相模湖公園の鳩さんと時計です。英語で鳩時計はカッコウ時計(Cuckoo clock)と言うらしいですね。カッコウ=閑古鳥のイメージを嫌って鳩にしたんだそうですが、この写真の英題が思いつかなくて困ってしまいました Canon EOS 7D + Canon EF 100mm F2.8L Macro IS USM |
