Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_70215_DSC08111.JPG Notes: גבעת תום ותומר היא גן בוטני לצמחי ארץ ישראל ואתר הנצחה ל-73 נספי אסון המסוקים. סמוך לקיבוץ נגבה. הגבעה מהווה חלק מהמוזיאון הפתוח בנגבה. בתקופת תשquotח נקרא המקום quotגבעה 105quot על שום גובהו ושימש כמשלט במהלך מלחמת העצמאות. במהלך שנות ה-80 הגה חבר קיבוץ נגבה יואב קידר יוזמה להקים באתר השומם גן בוטני לצמחי ארץ ישראל ואף התחיל בעבודות להקמתו.ב 1997 לאחר אסון המסוקים החליט קידר להקים במקום אתר הנצחה לבנו תומר קידר מנגבה וחברו הקרוב תום כיתאין מנוה שלום שנהרגו באסון.ויקיפדיה
