Description
Dansk: Erik Plovpennings nuværende og vistnok tredje gravsted er i en af pillerne i koret i Sankt Bendts Kirke i Ringsted. Da kongens lig oprindeligt blev overført til kirken i Ringsted blev han stedt til hvile under det, der nu er hovedkorshvælvingen i kirken, hvor også kongens historie er gengivet ved kalkmalerier oppe i hvælvingen. Dette gravsted blev kongen dog flyttet fra efter reformationen, og graven dér er nu tom (og i øvrigt siden ca. 1909 dækket af en ældre gravsten for kong Birger af Sverige og hans hustru). Den nuværende pillegrav befinder sig et stykke nede ad pillen i forhold til den mindetavlen fra 1500-tallet, som er sat over kongen, så selve gravstedet 'gemmer' sig i vore dage nok et sted inde bag træværket fra stolesæderne.
