English: 150th birth anniversary of Fyodor Schechtel (1859—1926), a Russian architect, graphic artist and stage designer.
The postal stationery card with an imprinted commemorative stamp, Russia, 7 August 2009, PTC Marka Catalogue No 197-окр/09, Michel No PSo187. Coated paper. Offset printing. Size of the postal card: 105×148 mm. Print run: 18,000.
