English: 080721-N-4044H-029 ODESSA, Ukraine (July 21, 2008) Construction Mechanic 2nd Class James conducts pre-dive checks and prepares a Danish diver for entry into the water during underwater lifting training aboard Ukrainian search and rescue tug UPN Krements as part of Sea Breeze 2008. Sea Breeze 2008 is an invitational joint and combined maritime exercise with the goals of enhancing multinational interoperability, developing Black Sea nation maritime security capabilities, and improving involvement in the larger Black Sea theater security cooperation strategy. Sixteen participating nations in the 11th anniversary exercise include the Ukrainian hosts and Armenia, Azerbaijan, Canada, Denmark, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Macedonia, Norway, Romania, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States.
