Description
English: Prerecorded cassette (Brian Eno - Nerve Net, 1992) with Digalog sticker. Digalog was a very late cassette duplication system using digital, rather than tape, source. The trademark was registered by WEA in 1992. Note that the spine of the case (bottom left) was deliberately dented - to discourage resale. This was common with promotional or surplus (unsold) vinyl records, but not cassettes. Grinding down a hard shell isn't as easy as punching a paper sleeve.
