Od 12.11.2009 sa nachádza na Ulici 17. novembra a to v parku Prešovskej univerzity. Je to bronzová socha, ktorá váži 400 kg a bez podstavca meria 260 cm. Mesto Prešov za ňu zaplatilo 56 220 €. Jej autorom je humenský rodák, Mgr. Art. Jaroslav Drotár, pedagóg na Prešovskej univerzite. Jeho dielo nesie názov „Prešovská sloboda“ a má byť pamätníkom nežnej revolúcie.
