Description Este puente sobre el río Tajo se finalizó en el año 106 d.C. estando documentado que su ingeniero se llamó Cayo Iulio Lacer. que inscribió en uno de sus extremos PONTEM PERPETUI MANSVRVM IN SECULA MVNDI: "Puente que durará mientras dure el mundo". Mide unos 210 m de longitud y tiene seis arcos. Los centrales llegan casi a 50 m de altura. La calzada tiene 8 m de ancho incluyendo pretiles y se mantiene abierta al tráfico con un límite para el peso de camiones de 20 t..
